An IDF soldier who beat a Palestinian in Hebron in front of American journalists was taken into custody for 10 days.

“The investigation shows that a violent clash broke out between a Palestinian and an IDF soldier in Hebron, during which a soldier beat a Palestinian. As a result of the investigation, the soldier was sentenced to ten days of arrest, after which the issue will be resolved about the continuation of his military service,” the report said.
It is specified that the Israel Defense Forces takes any such violent behavior seriously and condemns it.
