IDF: 12 shells fired from Gaza into Israel overnight

The IDF said that 12 shells were fired from Gaza into Israel overnight.
The Israel Defense Forces noted that not all of the 12 shells were rockets. The terrorists, in particular, used anti-aircraft shells to attack Israeli aircraft, according to the Times of Israel.
According to the Israeli military, 11 shells exploded in open areas or in the air, and another one fell in Gaza.< br />
The “Iron Dome” did not work in any of the cases.
