Singaporean scientists have presented a vegetable emulsifier, which they have developed, on the basis of which products can be produced.
Researchers drew attention to the spent brewing grain, which is usually thrown away. The wastes from the brewing industry were first crushed and fermented, and then dried, after which they made mayonnaise from it, not inferior to the usual taste.
Also, experts made ice cream from the new emulsifier. According to them, the emulsifier replaces milk, eggs and whipped cream.
