London-based writer Robert Addison, 90, claims everyone tells him he looks 20 years younger.
He shared his venerable age on TikTok.
Addison talked about the simple steps he takes to keep his youth. To keep fit, he starts his day with a few light stretches.
He has been doing morning exercises since he was 30, when he first started experiencing back pain. Stretching prevented the pain, he says.
“My back was so bad that it twisted to the right. So I decided to fix it and went to an osteopath. He recommended these two to four minutes of stretching before I got up and it was incredible,” he admitted.
Addison alternates stretching with 30 minutes of yoga or swimming. And he does this kind of physical activity every day. Moreover, he tries to do balance exercises — for example, stand on one leg for several minutes as often as possible. He believes these exercises allow him to walk without a crutch.
