Hitting a police volunteer: the perpetrator of the accident was charged

Prosecutors have charged a driver who, while intoxicated, hit a police volunteer with murder.
According to The Times of Israel, Rani al-Kamlat, 28, from Rahat, has been charged with the murder of police volunteer Amihai Karmiel.
Al-Kamlat has also been charged with causing grievous bodily harm to two other officers, driving while intoxicated, and endangering the road.
