Helicopter crash in Georgia: mourning declared in the country for the victims

Nine people died as a result of the crash of a border service helicopter and a paraglider in Georgia. According to Interior Minister Vakhtang Gomelauri, there were eight people on board the aircraft, of which four were crew members, two were rescuers, and two were doctors. Another victim was a foreigner who crashed on a paraglider. It was he and the pilot who flew to be rescued by helicopter when the aircraft caught on a rock with its tail, which caused it to crash and explode.
