Maghaw undercover forces detained a wanted Palestinian in the city of Jenin this morning.
22-year-old Amir Karui is suspected of planning a major terrorist attack in Israel.
Karui was reportedly detained by security forces in Jenin. There were no clashes during the operation.
Law enforcers specified that the security forces “acted covertly to arrest the terrorist.”

The arrest came after an intelligence report provided to the forces by the Shin Bet security agency, which warned that Karui was attempting to launch an attack on Israeli territory.
The arrested terrorist was handed over to the Shin Bet for further interrogation.
