Havana Syndrome. US intelligence released a report with a reason

The CIA and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence of the United States released a report on the possible causes of the so-called “Havana syndrome” in US officials.

The document says that the signs of “anomalous health incidents” first seen in US diplomats in Cuba and later elsewhere in the world are genuine and compelling.

“The set of features cannot be easily explained by environmental factors or medical conditions, they can be associated with external influences, … including ultrasound,” the intelligence community experts concluded.
