Haifa woman attacked roommate over cat dispute

A resident of Haifa has been arrested on suspicion of assaulting her partner. According to investigators, a 37-year-old woman sprayed her roommate with pepper spray. The suspect tied him up, and after he managed to free himself, attacked him again with pepper spray and hit him with a blunt object. She attacked a man over a cat ownership dispute.
