Manchester City head coach Josep Guardiola wants to stay in his current position at this particular football club.

“I hope the only reason for my dismissal can only be results. This is the only reason why coaches get this post or lose it. I will move from this place. I assure you— I want to stay more than ever,” Guardiola said.

According to Man City's chief mentor, he sometimes had doubts, because seven years at this one is “a lot.”

“Now I really don't want to leave. It's not because people say, “Pep, they lied to you.” The club didn't care for me. Remember what happened with UEFA's accusations. This is the same case. Why shouldn't I trust my people”, — he wondered.
