Greece train crash death toll rises to 57

On Tuesday, March 2, the death toll in a railway accident in Greece rose to 57 people.
This is reported by the BBC, citing the coroner.
More than 80 people were injured as a result of a head-on collision between passenger and freight trains. Today it became known that investigators have already taken DNA samples from 57 bodies of the dead.
Rescuers continue to dismantle the wreckage in search of survivors. According to investigators, the cause of the disaster was the human factor. Meanwhile, on Thursday, railway workers went on strike throughout Greece.
