German journalists came under fire in Bakhmut: video

Journalists of the German publication Bild came under fire in Bakhmut, Donetsk region, when they were making a report.

The corresponding video was posted on social networks.

On footage shows journalists making a report against the background of destroyed buildings, talking about the fact that civilians still live there. At that moment, explosions were heard about 200 meters from them.

“The absurd, even insane thing about the situation in Bakhmut when you come to the city: although people can be shot at and they can die at any time and anywhere, thousands remain in the city,” Bild journalist reports.

According to reporter Paul Ronzheimer, as they walked past the destroyed buildings, they themselves witnessed the Russian attacks.

"The Russian military fire grenade launchers at the microdistrict where we are interviewing residents. Russian planes are visible in the sky. It scares. Bakhmut has become a symbol of Russia's almost year-long war of conquest against Ukraine,” he said.
