Benny Gantz, speaking about his work as Israeli defense minister, said that he was “dealing with reality”; and negotiates with those with whom it is necessary.

“I am dealing with reality. I talk to whom I can talk, and I fight with those who need to be fought. Mahmoud Abbas is not my friend and will not be my friend, but the discourse between us contributes to coordination in the field of security,” Benny Gantz said.
