The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation prevented a terrorist act in the Kaluga region.
This is reported by the Russian media with reference to the statement and the corresponding video of the FSB of the Russian Federation.
It is specified that the attack was planned by supporters of the Islamic State terrorist organization. According to the FSB, they were planning to blow up fuel and lubricant tanks at a chemical plant.
Two natives of Central Asia turned out to be suspects. It is specified that during the arrest they resisted, in connection with which they were liquidated.
