The representative of President Vladimir Zelensky met with international experts about the implementation of the project e-government on the model of “state within a smartphone.”

According to her, presidential adviser Mikhail Fedorov on may 27 met with representatives of the International Eurasia Foundation (project TAPAS), East Europe Foundation (project EGAP), the Academy of e-government of Estonia (project EGOV4Ukraine), Office of administrative services, the American chamber of Commerce and the State Agency for e-governance.
“The key goal now is to determine the specific ways and mechanisms to accelerate the implementation of this ambitious project, to make e-government more technological, comfortable and significantly increase the number of its users,” — said at the meeting, the representative Zelensky.
He noted that the President’s team seeks to implement the idea of “single window”, to give citizens a single web address for all available services, introduce a unified system of authorization and identification to make the whole system more focused on the needs of citizens.
First Deputy Chairman of the state Agency for e-government Alexei Wiskup reported that the strategy for the development of e-services offers 200 priority items for the daily life of citizens. In particular, it services, electronic Cabinet Builder and the project “emaleth”, which should provide the opportunity to obtain 10 services related to the birth of a child, one electronic statement.
“The ultimate goal for most services should be fully automated, when the decision is not official, but the system is based on the intuitive algorithm under the regulatory framework,” said Viskup.
