Four teenagers arrested for defacing Israeli flags

Police detained four minors in two different cities for destroying Israeli Independence Day flags. Haruts Sheva reports this. In Ramla, police launched an investigation after an eyewitness reported seeing a group of teenagers destroying a flag. Investigators have identified the three suspects, aged 13 to 15. They are all residents of Lod. The suspects were detained and sent for interrogation, after which they were released under five days of house arrest and a ban on entry to Ramla. Another teenager was also detained in northern Israel. He posted a video on social media showing himself tearing down an Israeli flag. The suspect is a 16-year-old resident of Nazareth.
