Former Knesset member's car set on fire

Three men were arrested in Rishon Lezion on suspicion of throwing a Molotov cocktail into the courtyard of a former Knesset member and setting fire to his car.

Two residents of Netanya, aged 20, and a resident of Holon, aged 40, were arrested today in Rishon Lezion. They are charged with extortion, setting fire to a car, and throwing a Molotov cocktail into the courtyard of a former Knesset member.

The incidents allegedly took place late last year.
The investigation began after the car of the former deputy was set on fire. The suspicion indicates, as a possible reason, an economic dispute about the import of goods from abroad.
