On the night of this Sunday, October 10, Civil Protection personnel from the state of Durango received a report of a person who fell into the waterfalls of El Saltito located in the northern demarcation.

According to information from local media, the person who had been affected was approximately 30 years old; went up to take photos and fell. Vertical rescue squad and divers from Durango PC went to the place, in addition to Red Cross staff.

It is the version that they gave Gustavo García and Cesar Medina, companions of this individual, who also have their domicile in the capital city.

Gustavo Paredes, Director of Civil Protection offered a short interview for the media and explain what happened.
