In September 2016, Facilitator Flavie Flament published an autobiographical text about sexual abuse committed on her person as a child. Its history is now adapted in a TV movie that has just been presented to the public of the festival of Fiction TV of La Rochelle.
The presenter Flavie Flament told through his book The consolation history of his drama : that of a young girl sexually abused by a photographer with the agreement of his mother, blinded by his fame. If since her mother has denied the accusations, and justice has remained silent for the prescription of facts, the story of Flavie Flament has been adapted into a TV movie with the same title. The consolation , directed by Magaly Richard-Serrano will be broadcast on France 3 in November.
Flavie Flament told the Parisian: ” I looked at Poupette like any other and this telefilm as an object, even if it is my story. It has the concern to be faithful to the reality in the least details. This made me extremely touched. Initially, I had not imagined adaptation to television. the pen was my weapon to convey a message and denounce a predator that I could not bring before the courts because and then I was offered this telefilm which will be followed by a debate, which was essential for me, and I saw in this fiction a way of carrying the message, of provoking discussion, of touching. ”
Regarding the limitation period, she does not lose hope: “I hope that we can find a favorable outcome within two years to make the law evolve. ”
