Fire near Jerusalem: evacuation underway, Highway 465 closed

Residents of Mevaseret Zion began to be evacuated due to a fire that broke out near Jerusalem. This is reported by the fire and rescue service. Evacuation is carried out for the safety of residents. The fire is moving towards Har-Adar and Beit-Nekof. Highway 465 is closed to traffic in both directions. Police are asking drivers to take an alternate route.
