The death toll in a fire at a nursing home in Kemerovo has risen to 22.
This is reported by the Russian media, citing the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The firefighters who arrived at the scene managed to cope with the fire, which completely destroyed the second floor of the building.
According to RIA Novosti, violation of fire safety rules could have caused the fire.< br />
