Leader of the British electronic band Faithless Maxi Jazz (real name – Maxwell Fraser) died on Saturday night. />
"It is with pain in our hearts that Maxi died peacefully in his sleep last night. Sending love to all of you who have shared our musical journey. Take care of each other,” wrote former band member Sister Blis.
In the 90s, Faithless gained popularity with hits such as God Is A DJ, We Come 1 and Insomnia. These songs hit number one in the UK and around the world.
