New Zealand journalist Orini Kaipara became the world's first TV presenter with a traditional Maori tattoo on her face. She told about this on her Instagram.
37-year-old Kaipara had her first news release at 18:00 on December 27 on the local TV channel Newshub & ndash; she was asked to replace the permanent presenters. The woman said that she had always dreamed about it.
The journalist got a tattoo on her face after a DNA test showed that she is 100% a representative of the Maori people of New Zealand.
“This will be the first of many evenings that I will have the honor of presenting our top news to viewers across the country and around the world. I have been registered for this whole week and will be with our TV channel all summer, '' the TV presenter shared, writes CNN.
