Extended detention of rape suspects in Eilat hotel

A court has extended the detention of two men suspected of sexually abusing two women in their hotel room in Eilat for at least three more days while police investigate.
They were arrested on Sunday after a police report was filed over the weekend.
According to Channel 13 news, the suspects followed their victims on Instagram. Investigators are still trying to figure out how the men gained access to the hotel room.
One of the suspects told police that he was being dragged along by a friend who misled him into saying he knew the victims. Immediately after the arrest, the men claimed that they were in the room by mutual agreement with the victims.
