An explosion occurred at a science festival in the Spanish city of Girona.
An employee of a local university conducted an experiment in front of an audience. The essence of the test showed what happens if you combine liquid nitrogen and hot water in a barrel, but as a result of the experiment, an explosion occurred.
The incident occurred in front of an audience of 200 to 300 people.
It is noted that 18 people were injured in the explosion, including 10 children from 3 to 13 years old. Five victims are in the hospital. A 5-year-old girl was the most seriously injured.
