Tabor wine experts recommend selected white and rosé wines for Shavuot that are best paired with traditional dishes feast on Shavuot.
Le Moelleux Beauvignac– white wine from the province of Languedoc with a pale golden color is worthy to act as an aperitif for a meal. The Chenin blanc grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness in the early morning hours and carefully sorted. The unique soil in Mitzpe Ramon – hels – is rich in minerals and salts and is excellent for growing quality vines in the dryness of the desert climate.
After soft pressing, the must has undergone a slow and controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation or contact with wood, to express the unique characteristics of the grape variety and growing area.

About winery: The Tabor winery, located at the foot of Mount Tabor in the Galilee, was founded in 1999 by four families from Kfar Tavor. The winery produces about 2 million bottles a year.
