The European Broadcasting Union has withdrawn the votes of the jury of the six countries participating in the Eurovision Song Contest 2022.

This was announced on the official website of the Eurovision Song Contest.

When analyzing the voting of the jury in the results of the six countries, certain incorrect voting patterns were revealed. Jury votes were removed from the following countries: Azerbaijan, Georgia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania and San Marino.

The European Broadcasting Union said in a statement that instead of the withdrawn votes, “an aggregated result” for each country.”

“The European Broadcasting Union takes any alleged attempt to manipulate the Eurovision Song Contest very seriously. and has the right to withdraw such votes in accordance with the Official Voting Instructions, regardless of whether such votes may affect the results and/or outcome of the vote,” the statement said.
