Brazilian Leandro Lo, an eight-time world champion in jiu-jitsu, was shot dead last night in Sao Paulo. According to local law enforcement agencies, the wrestler was shot twice in the head.

According to Marca, the wrestler visited a nightclub with friends, after which he had a conflict with a drunk passerby on the street. Law grabbed the man with a jiu-jitsu, trying to immobilize him.

However, he broke free, pulled out a pistol and opened fire on Leandro. The victim was later taken to the hospital, where he died. According to the São Paulo police, the shooter has already been identified.
