Scientists have named the product that is able to protect against heart attack and determine the rate of its use.
Scientists from the University of East Anglia in collaboration with colleagues from Harvard came to the conclusion that daily consumption of 150 g of blueberries reduces the risk of developing diseases of the cardiovascular system by 15%. In total, the study involved 138 people aged 50 to 75 years who are overweight and various metabolic syndromes.
They were divided into three groups, one daily intake of 150 g of blueberries, the second is 75 g, the third group didn’t eat blueberries.
The results were announced in six months.
