DINNER, a new restaurant-bar-salon on the street. Nahalat Binyamin, 25, offers entertainment combined with gastronomy, fine spirits, music and changing art exhibitions. The trendy establishment was created by entrepreneur Etty Mark (LEMON, Escobar Restaurant and Beer Garden Bar) and restaurateurs Lior Dori and Shalom Levy, who own Albi, a Greek tavern at the Jaffa flea market.
DINNER combines a culinary experience with a menu adapted to the restaurant and bar, based on exquisite ingredients and including, among others, fresh sea fish, beef fillet, deconstructed asado and a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits in various interpretations. Chef — Azmat Osmonov, former chef of R2M group restaurants. The rich bar offers quality cocktails based on natural ingredients, tea extracts and fresh spices, as well as a light wine menu with a wide selection of excellent Israeli wineries, adapted to Israeli taste, at reasonable prices. It will also feature the best Israeli DJs and music creators, the venue will become a platform for international artists, and exhibitions will change every three months. DINNER is located in one of the most beautiful buildings in the area, Beit Chernov with its eclectic exterior, which was built between 1910-1918 and was one of the first buildings in the Nahalat Binyamin area. In the 1930s, the international architect Yehuda Magidovich added his own unique touch, and recently the entire building has been restored under the direction of designer Omer Danan. The establishment has 76 seats, including alcohol bar areas and a kitchen where you can watch the chef in action, a lounge area, as well as a green outdoor terrace overlooking Nachalat Binyamin Street, designed for about 100 seats.
