The death toll from the rocket attack on Vinnytsia has risen to 23.
The State Emergency Service reports.
Rescuers said they were looking for 42 people.
Medics hospitalized 64 victims: five are in critical condition, 34 people – in serious condition.
A total of 115 people sought medical help.
