Czech Republic seeks $45 million compensation from Russia due to shortage of gas
ČEZ has formally initiated arbitration proceedings against Gazprom by filing an arbitration claim under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC),
“ČEZ seeks to compensate for damages in the amount of about 1 billion CZK, which arose as a result of a significant shortfall in the supply of natural gas” OOO Gazprom export ” in 2022. The arbitration takes place in Geneva and will be heard by a three-member arbitration tribunal”, – added to ČEZ.
