COVID in Israel: 568 new cases, 65 ventilated

A total of 1,343,852 people have been infected with COVID-19 in Israel since the start of the coronavirus epidemic.

This is evidenced by data provided by the press service of the Ministry of Health on the morning of December 1.

It is clarified that 568 new cases of infection were identified. Of the 90 611 tests, 0.64% gave a positive answer. Currently, 5,669 patients are active carriers.

As of today, 115 patients are in serious condition, of which 65 are connected to mechanical ventilation devices. During the entire period of the coronavirus epidemic, 8,196 people died.

The number of Israelis vaccinated with the first dose reached 6,336,252. The second received 5,776,793, and the third – & ndash; 4 082 447.
