State Comptroller Matanyahu Engelman said that the increase in the number of cases of violence in Israel has become an “epidemic”.
Ynet reports.
" Sovereignty means, above all, public security. When there is no sovereignty, criminals are not deterred from committing crimes. The fundamental right of every person who leaves for work in the morning to return alive and unharmed has been violated,” the State Comptroller said.
