China refuses to host the Asian Cup

China has decided not to host the Asian Cup in 2023. The organizing committee informs about it. The reason for this decision was the difficult epidemiological situation against the backdrop of the coronavirus pandemic. The Asian Cup was supposed to be held in 2023 from June 16 to July 16.
