On Sunday, October 16, charges were brought against two residents of the Negev who were in contact with a terrorist from Gaza. They were 20-year-old resident of Tel Sheva Saad Abu Rakeyk and 21-year-old Sameh Alanbari. They performed the task of transferring money at the request of the terrorist. Samekh was assigned to perform additional security tasks. According to investigators, he agreed to help hand over the weapons.
