Referring to "informed sources", the Baku media on the morning of September 13 reported that Azerbaijan and Armenia had reached an agreement on a ceasefire on the border.
It is indicated that the two neighboring republics agreed to cease fire, starting from 09.00 (08.00) Tuesday, however, sporadic shelling at the border continues.
Neither side has provided official confirmation of this information.
According to Trend, the Armenian armed forces first violated the agreement to cease fire, “continuing provocations”, but from 8:15 Moscow time the ceasefire was restored. Armenia has not yet officially commented on the alleged agreements. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will address parliament at 11:00 local time (10:00 Moscow time).
According to another version, the ceasefire agreement will come into force at 2 pm Moscow time.< br />
