Car with passports with US visas stolen from Israel Post

Unidentified perpetrators stole an Israel Post delivery vehicle carrying 28 passports with renewed US visas. No suspects have been arrested yet.
The robbery took place last Tuesday in Netanya, when the car was heading towards Kfar Saba.
In addition to passports, the delivery car contained several other valuable items and at this time the police are not sure if the theft was intentionally aimed at the passports or if it was just a coincidence and the thieves just stole the car without knowing what was inside.
However, the police launched an investigation and is going to inform the Shin Bet, as there are fears that the passports may be in the hands of criminals.
