Brazil arrests 1,500 demonstrators

Brazilian Justice and Security Minister Flavio Dino held a press briefing.
He announced the detention of hundreds of protesters, according to the Air Force.
According to him, since 209 arrests yesterday and another 1,200 today, bringing the total closer to 1,500.
Most of the arrests took place in front of the army headquarters in Brasilia, where supporters of former President Jair Bolsonaro have been camping since December.
The Brazilian military dismantled the tents set up by Bolsonaro's supporters in the country's capital.
