Trial over photo of "boy in pool" ends in favor of group Nirvana

Trial over photo of “boy in swimming pool” on the cover of Nirvana ended in favor of the musical group. It is reported that the court rejected the claim of 31-year-old Spencer Elden, who accused the artists of sexual exploitation.

It is worth recalling that the plaintiff decided to sue 30 years after the release of the album, accusing the band of distributing child pornography.

The judge ruled that the release date of the album was over 10 years, which is why his claim is untimely.

The lawsuit began at the end of the summer of 2021. The plaintiff's lawyer stated that Spencer went through therapy for years to understand how the album cover affected him.
