Body of missing diver found on Tel Aviv beach

NCIS found the body of diver Schneor Zalman and brought him to the pier in Tel Aviv, where he was pronounced dead by MDA paramedics.
Schneor went missing after yesterday's dive near Hilton Beach in the city.
