Pop artist Justin Bieber's concert will still take place in Tel Aviv on October 31st. Rolling Stone reports. According to the magazine, the singer will resume his world tour thanks to his recovery. Last month, the artist suspended a world tour due to Ramsay-Hunt syndrome affecting his face, a neurological disease caused by the varicella-zoster virus.
