Jeff Bezos bought another apartment for $16.13 million in a 24-story boutique condominium located across from Madison Square Park in Manhattan, where he already owns all apartments on the top four floors. This is reported by Mansion Global.
The apartment is located directly below Bezos' three-story, 1,000-square-meter penthouse and two apartments on the 21st floor, which he bought for $80 million in May 2019.
Bezos, 56, is the richest man in the world with a net worth of $142 billion, according to Forbes.
The 286-square-meter house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a dining room and a loft-style living room. Large windows throughout the house, high coffered ceilings, marble walls and countertops, and infrared-heated stone floors.
The building has been converted from a century-old Neo-Gothic industrial building. Facilities include a 24-hour doorman, concierge, fitness center with yoga studio, golf simulator, cinema room, boardroom, games room and children's playroom.
