Bennett: at the peak there will be 50 thousand infected a day
Prime Minister Naftali Bennett warned that at the peak in Israel, 50,000 people are expected to be infected with coronavirus per day.
Such a statement he did during a press conference.
According to the head of government, the Omicron strain is very different from previous variants of the coronavirus.
He added that vaccinated citizens will be more protected from severe cases diseases.
