Ben Gvir is 'unhappy' with IDF response to shelling from Gaza

Minister of National Security Itamar Ben-Gvir is not satisfied with the response of the IDF to the shelling from Gaza. Recall that on the night of February 2, the Israeli army attacked facilities used by the terrorist organization Hamas for the production of missiles and weapons.

According to Arutz Sheva, Ben-Gvir believes that Israel should instead eliminate the leaders terrorist organization.

In an interview on the sidelines of a conference of directors of religious institutions in Eilat, Ben-Gvir said:

“I am not satisfied with the response of the IDF in Gaza. I think our reaction should be completely different. Hamas needs to know that the new government is changing the equation. For every missile fired, there will be targeted killings.

Earlier, Egypt warned against escalation in Gaza, and sent a message to Israel that “the situation in Gaza is on the verge of explosion, avoid actions that could set fire to Gaza.”

According to press reports, senior Egyptian intelligence officials have invited Hamas leaders to come to Cairo to discuss maintaining calm in Gaza and avoiding a spiral of violence in Judea and Samaria and Jerusalem
