The mako portal reports that an employee of one of the Ben Gurion Airport contractors gutted passengers' suitcases, removed valuables from there and threw the rest into the trash.

It is assumed that the loader acted independently and without the knowledge of his superiors. Another person helped him. Together, instead of loading the suitcases on the plane, they stole things from them and threw the suitcases in the trash.

According to sources at the airport, “such an incident should not have happened at all, it is simply forbidden to look into passengers' luggage.”

The investigation is ongoing and the interrogation of many airport workers and employees involved in the loading and unloading of luggage continues.
