Today I would like you first to cook a surprisingly tasty dish. This beef stew! This is my debut, but I’m sure that you also get to cook hodgepodge in my recipe. And it will be amazing! – posted by chef.

According to Klopotenko, “in this meat-bag must be a lot of ingredients, so the soup turned out thick and rich”, and this recipe is exactly that.


  • 300 g pork ribs;
  • 200 g of ham;
  • 3 pieces of salted cucumber;
  • 2 PCs. potatoes;
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika;
  • 2 pieces of Bay leaves;
  • 3 peas of fragrant pepper;
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil;
  • 3 pieces of pickled tomatoes;
  • 1 piece bell pepper;
  • 1 onions;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste;
  • 1/2 lemon (juice of half a lemon);
  • 100 g raisins;
  • salt to taste;
  • for the filing of sour cream.

Solyanka ribs with potatoes: recipe step by step

  1. “Pork ribs (300 g) fry on a pan for a few minutes on a small amount of vegetable oil (1 tbsp), so the broth will be more intense.
  2. Put ribs in a saucepan, cover with water and simmer broth.
  3. Add the onion, cut in half and 2 cloves of garlic.
  4. Bell pepper (1 piece) cut into strips. Bay leaf (2 PCs), 3 peas of fragrant pepper and bell pepper simmered in the pan which the meat was browned, a few minutes. Add the 1 tsp of smoked paprika and cook for another minute.
  5. Ham (200 g) cut into strips. Send to the broth.
  6. Pickled cucumber (3 pieces) cut into half rings. Pickled tomatoes clean the skin and a little crush. Send cucumbers and tomatoes in the broth.
  7. In the same pan add 1 tbsp of tomato paste.
  8. Potatoes (2 pieces) boil in “uniform” in a separate saucepan until cooked for 25 minutes. Cool, peel and cut into large cubes. Add to the hodgepodge.
  9. Remove from brine pork ribs, separate the meat from the bones. Cut the meat into arbitrary pieces and send it back to the pot.
  10. In a ready-bag, squeeze the juice of half a lemon and add a handful of dark raisins (about 100 grams). Leave for 20 minutes to infuse and serve with sour cream and slice of lemon. Optional when serving you add the parsley”.
