Baykar Makina will not sell its drones to Russia

The Turkish company Baykar Makina will not sell its Bayraktar TB2 drones to Russia, Baykar Makina CEO Haluk Bayraktar said in an interview with CNN.

and Ukraine have a strategic level of relationship, especially in the aerospace and defense industries. It's about years of effort. Turkey supports Ukraine with combat drones, we also buy turbine engines for drones from Ukraine. We have built relations with Ukraine in such a way that it benefits both countries, ",– he noted.

When asked about the theoretical possibility of supplying Bayraktar to Russia, Khalyuk Bayraktar answered in the negative: “We did not do this and did not provide them. We will never do it either. Because we support Ukraine, we support its sovereignty, in fact, its struggle for its independence.”
