The High Court has decided on the gay pride parade in Mitzpe Ramon, saying that the police should restore the previous route of the parade – through the city center.< br />
This is reported by The Jerusalem Post.
Earlier, the police approved the holding of the parade, but notified the organizers that the event should take place on the outskirts of Mitzpe Ramon, and not in the center, as planned. The police explained the relocation of the route for security reasons.
LGBTQ activists did not agree with the decision of the police and filed a petition with the High Court of Justice.
