Back to the Future Star to Receive Honorary Oscar

Canadian-American actor Michael J Fox will be honored with an honorary Oscar. The American Film Academy decided to award the star of the film “Back to the Future” for “the relentless fight against and contribution to the study of Parkinson's disease, as well as boundless optimism in showing how one person can affect millions of people,” reports IGN.

It is worth recalling that Michael Jay Fox himself suffers from Parkinson's disease, which made itself felt in 1990, when the actor was 29 years old.
